Crystal Cove Cafe

The Young Women camp fundraiser was last weekend and since I am an adviser, I got to help! They did a dinner with live entertainment. It turned out so great! We had The Beach Boys playing songs, a photo booth, bake sale, slushies, foot long hot dogs, and tables that kids could color on.

Utah Getaway

For Valentine's Day, Jeff took me to Utah so that I could see some of my college friends and family! Here are some of the highlights:

It all started with a pedicure at the Elase Academy where my friend M'Lisa is going to school. She had to work super long hours the whole time we were visiting, so it was the only way I could see her was to go get something done(rough, huh?). Sadly, I didn't get any pictures during our wonderful morning of relaxation and ice cream.

I got to go visit Davey and give him a hair cut.

We went to dinner with 2 of my freshman roommates, Tracy and Mallory.

We rode bikes around Qualtrics and played a bunch of games and had unlimited BYU Creamery Ice Cream. (Thanks James for working there!)

We visited our friend Brad who has this sweet machine that prints vinyl letters. There will be post to come once we put them up. Until then, suspense.

We went to a BYU basketball game with some of Jeff's cousins and his uncle Mark.

And last but not least, I woke up a happy woman to find snow falling! (Jeff swears I was praying for it) Regardless it made my dreams come true since I hadn't seen snow all year!

Not pictured: Visiting my first BYU friend, Brooke. Hanging out at Jeff's Aunt Lori's house with Audrey and Gustavo. Delicious home-made waffles with Bry and Katlyn. This sweet Mexican restaurant, called Mama Chu's, that Bry introduced us to. Meeting some of Jeff's Seattle friends. and Jeff playing basketball with the guys.

What a great weekend and Valentine's present!

Just a Little WT

The background: Jeff sprained his ankle playing basketball, but we had plans with some friends that night to go play laser tag that night... Since he could barely walk, we had to switch gears and see a movie. His ice all melted during the show, so he filled it back up with the ice from the fountain machine. Just a little WT. But I still love him.
